Made me Wait outside for my order in 18 degree weather because I didn’t have a mask . I have health related issues wearing them. Whoever was working behind the counter didn’t even leave me room for a response just told me to go outside. Not good customer service and made me feel unwelcome. That’s a big No in customer service by making a customer feel unwelcome .Last time I get subway. They have lost my business. Good job!

Was told they were closed 25minutes early when the sign on the door said 10pm they weren't short staffed there was more than 1 employee there. And she was extremely rude about it. The manager I think because she's always there tall dark hair.. I love subway but she made the experience very unhappy

I placed an online order, i arrived 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, it was not ready. They made the order. Lucinda the manager did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and she immediately got defensive and told me she had other customers that she had In front of me. When I arrived there was only one other customer in line. I accepted a full refund. I contacted their customer service and received a response from Lee, he told me I "need to make a better informed decision when ordering online." Again no apology was offered by Lee for the inconvenience. Seems to me that Subway does not care about the experience of its customers. No wonder they have closed so many shops

I eat at a lot of Subways and am addicted to their chopped salads. The lady made it exactly the way I wanted and chopped it the way I asked. I am rather high maintenance with my salads and can admit it. All Subways are not created equal. My salad was excellent and I know I will be back. Thanks!

I'm new to the area, so mistakes are made on my part. It's all about learning where good food is, good customer service, etc... and along with that I have to learn where the bad food and bad customer service is. I really don't understand. Subway is a restaurant isn't it? And, unless I am wrong, restaurants are where people eat and drink right? Wouldn't someone naturally expect a bathroom in a restaurant? Kinda goes along with the whole eating and drinking thing, doesn't it? My 5 year old son had to use the bathroom while we were there, and when we asked to use the bathroom the employee with the utmost fake sincerity apologized and told me that they did not have a public bathroom. Really!?!?! Told a 5 year old he couldn't use the bathroom because it was for employees only. Classy. I'm not going to harp on why my family will never be there again, (should be obvious) or how there is a McDonalds and a Pizza Hut all connected to the parking lot that DO have public bathrooms which will get our money from now on.

The employee started making my sandwich then the phone rang and she stopped my order to answer the phone and continue to talk on it. So I left. This shows they don't value the paying customers like a business should😒😒and this wasn't the first time something like this happened. I give up on this store!

I would like to say every time I go there I get the best experience from the young lady that is there tonight even under the pressure of doing a two person job she steps up.I am sorry I did not get her name to formerly thank her by name on here but I did in person. On the best subs in town .

I don’t think this subway is any better or worse than any others in the area. We use it went we want a sandwich because it is the closest to our home. It really blows me away how it seems like you can’t get a consistent amount of toppings on a sandwich. It seems like you have to be very specific. If I ask for mayo, I don’t need three cups on my sandwich. I always have to ask for just a tiny bit of mayo just to get the right amount. Then for veggies, be very specific or they will overload your sandwich so it makes a complete mess. 37 strands of lettuce (not two heads), 16 black olives ( not two jars), extra onions (who doesn’t like extra onions?), 8 slices of cucumber ( not every one that came from the garden). Portion control helps make the sandwich stay together better.
