Tim Hortons

We attempted to order frozen lemonade and were told they were out. We then ordered a peach drink and they said they could make a classic lemonade. The ‘classic’ lemonade tasted like water with a tiny squirt of lemon at best. We went back up to the counter and expressed our discontent. The employees responded with a shrug of their shoulders. I pushed the fact that that was not at all Tim Hortons quality and they begrudgingly replaced the drink with a peach drink. We sit down and not even 5 minutes later a women sat down near us with what looked like a frozen lemonade. One of our party asked her what she was drinking and indeed she was enjoying a frozen lemonade. Our son who lives very near this location says he will no longer visit this Tim Hortons as they are routinely out of product and dismissive, if not rude. I won’t even get into the cleanliness of this store….

Would definitely give them zero stars if that was an option. Worst Tim Hortons in Waterloo. I had ordered from them via Tim Hortons app. One hour into ordering they tell me no one has picked up the order. They did not try to contact the delivery partner for an hour on their end! When I asked them for a solution, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Very poor service and attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience at this location has always been terrible, and shame on me for ever going back. Today the person taking my order cut me off, bot allowing me to continue my order, and then was rude at the window. They also gave me the wrong items. I'm not sure how "12 grain bagel with cream cheese" sounds like "chocolate chip muffin" which I can not eat, and as always they put cream in my drinks and not milk as I requested. When I called all they had to say were empty apologies. I don't have time to drive back before work for them to "fix" this, but this will not be my 1st time going without breakfast because of this location. Like I said... shame on me for going back!

The worst Tims in Waterloo or probably Canada... I asked for mayo on my sandwich and when they handed it me I asked three times, the woman said yes and when I got home... none. Ordered 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches, after paying the person told me they have no bacon and kept selling products with bacon on them and then telling the customers after they had no bacon... why didn't you tell me before, waited 10 min cause she said they'll put some in, told me they were out cause she dropped it on the floor, and they made me sausage breakfast sandwiches, I hate sausage and they didn't ask me if I wanted something else. The worse customer service, always frantic or lazy even though there is six of them.

They should close this tim because all the people who are getting paid here don’t wanna work. There is always lineup at the front and then u 6 people stand in the drive thru area when there is not even single car at drive thru and customers at front are waiting 20-30 minutes just for one coffee. Worst staff with rude attitude and they come here to stand and nobody is willing to serve any customers.

I feel bad posting a bad review but my Beibs Brew was the worst thing I've ever tasted and honestly I'm just sad about it. It only had about 3 mostly melted iced cubes. It had no sweetness to it at all and there was a thick syrupy consistency at the bottom. Kind of like it had been left out too long. I've had quite a few Beibs Brews this summer but I'm so grossed out I'm scared to ever have one again. The people are lovely though despite this drink tasting like metal and being room temperature.
