So I am a regular customer at this store and lately I am experiencing bad customer service with evening staff but today it was the worst and I need to say I will never visit this place again. Even after specifically asking for things I didn’t got it. The staff tells me that we are low on rice and didn’t even put proper amount of rice in it. Do I come to eat burrito or veggies with some sauce. They were so rude that they told me this is what we give. I would never ever visit this place I have visited so many locations but I never had this kind of worst customer service in my life. Managers and owners please take
Some responsibility to train your staff properly. I mean am I paying 15 dollars for this much food. Are you serious?? Very disappointed.

My favourite Mexican burrito place in Waterloo. Their secret sauce is delicious. They offer assortment of hot sauces to have with your food for free to use in store.

Good food and a pleasant experience. The young lady who took my veggie burrito bowl order today did that with a smile. Very courteous, friendly and good service. She even suggested toppings I wasn’t aware of. Portions were of good size, food was good. Good job mucho burrito.

The best burrito place near WLU, and it's not even close. I've eaten at this Mucho Burrito at least once a week since I began my PhD, and I'm still impressed by the quality of the food. The owner arrives super early every morning to make the salsas in-house, and she consistently wins awards from the franchise for sales, management, and product. No lie, this is probably the best Mucho Burrito in Canada, and the prices are crazy reasonable for the quantity and quality you get.

Extremely slow services. It wasn’t a busy hour and it took them 30 minutes to make two burritos and a single order of nachos. As they have finished making the burritos, they put them on the metal counter at the front then start working on the nachos while the burritos are getting cold on the counter for next 15-20 minutes. They took an order from another group while they were waiting on the nachos to finish and let the group reach for our burritos on the counter. It took them about 20 seconds to realize that their burritos are still in the grill then asked them to put them back. These staffs seemed like they didn’t want to work and have lack of knowledge in food services.
They also cheap out on ingredients. I asked for sautéed veggies in my burrito and he puts two pieces of onion and three pieces of green pepper. That was it. I’ve gotten burrito bowls here then tried one from Kitchener location and realized the one from Kitchener location has 1.5x more portion than here.
Lastly, sanitary issues. These staffs change their gloves every order, which is good. But there isn’t much point of doing that if a guy with a beard decided to scratch his beard every 45 seconds and put his hand up his nose to sniff the runny nose with the new gloves on lol. I wish I didn’t see that.
Not a pleasant experience.
P.S. Your nachos may not come with sour cream and salsa even though it says so on the menu.

My entire concept about a burrito place changed after I tried the food from this mucho burrito.
Awesome to say in one word,the quality and taste are always on point.
Nice ambience to enjoy the food and never disappointed.

This burrito store used to be one of my favourites and i was a regular customer there but this ends today. The service is so bad, and the staff is so rude. I just got my burrito bowl made which is veg btw, and everything they had they say they running low on them. Even the rice. Idk but one spoon of rice is literally nothing when we pay 15 bucks for a bowl. And the rudeness was beyond any level. Dear Manager/owner, i am pretty sure i have been served by you or much experienced people in this store but never had i ever been served this way. such disappointment.

I placed a Takeout order on their website 2 hours ahead. I went to the location to pickup my order when the online ticket (and text message) told me it would be ready and it turns out nobody at the location had looked at the online ticket and my order hadn't even been started.
The manager looked at the tickets and told me to wait. So it took around 25 minutes to get the order I had placed ahead of time, almost 3 hours prior. The manager didn't even offer an apology for the delay or offer to expedite my order.
Quite a bad experience with Mucho Burrito. I definitely will not be ordering from here again.
