Today I went into the store to purchase some Easter treats. I waited 30 minutes to go inside. When I got in it was very loud and a girl with red hair and glasses appeared to be talking to me. I’m not sure if she was but I asked a question. I could not hear her so I said “sorry I’m not able to hear you”- I also have hearing issues. She rolled her eyes and the cashier then met me at the side of the cash and explained my question. The girl who rolled her eyes at me was filling my order. I asked to double check she placed the correct items in the box. Again she rolled her eyes and just dropped the box on the counter. Very very rude staff. Will not be back!

A cute, quaint spot to relax with a cup of coffee/tea and watch the world go by as you enjoy the quality desserts. The atmosphere was very relaxing with quite a few spots to sit and enjoy your treats. There is background music playing softly so you can chat. The employees were friendly as well. The macarons were really good and so were the other desserts. Parking behind the shop with a back entrance which was really convenient. Overall a lovely experience.

This is a sweet little Pastries in the heart of Waterloo. It had a good variety of French delicacies. I travelled a long distance to visit here. I would expect that the order I placed will be as it is in the display. The Oatmeal cookie that was packed for me had a 1/3 of it missing which I realized after reaching home. I would assume that the server will take care of this and serve me the right "whole" cookie. I would recommend all the buyer to re-check their order once they get it. The scone was dry and did not taste right in this French pastries. The staff was average. Not friendly (feel good always makes a difference) I feel that this place has a lot of potential but negligence like these make me wonder if it is worth a visit. I would not recommend this place until the management bridge these gaps here.
