Great atmosphere, great staff, great beer. I've always loved Tip the Cow, but Two Cows was amazing. The Gose was slightly sour and really refreshing. If we lived in Waterloo we'd be here all the time. We had the chips and salsa and the chips were freshly fried and very tasty. This also was not as spicy as we like it but it had good flavor. Our kids had some trouble with the pinball machine but the staff immediately came out and helped out with it. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick visit.

So… so good! Great fun trying flights if beer and food was very good. Helpful staff in trying beers. The BRUSSELS SPROUTS With peanuts, hoisin, cilantro were simply amazing! Also had BUFFALO CHICKEN CHILI which was wonderful. Wife had the IOWA taco and was impressed. However avoid the biscuits and gravy, clearly they’ve never been down south but you can’t expect much out of a Yankee for biscuits and gravy I guess 🤣😂. Shout out to cheyenne for great service ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong). We are taking some beer to go and hope to pass by sometime again. Highly recommend stopping if you are in the area!

One year later and we came back!! Still get the cauliflower app, and get the peach wings!! You won’t regret them. Get a flight and try all the beers you’re contemplating! Definitely splurge for the beer cheese dip, no matter what you order. The fries dipped in it are great. The cauliflower app is absolutely unique and outstanding! It was gone before I could get a pic of it! Don’t hesitate to try it. All dips are house-made, and worth every ounce of effort they put into them. Vibe here is awesome, and the patio is phenomenal. We had the umami burger, fish and chips and pulled pork sandwich. Also, very Iowa forward, with Iowa sweet corn and other Iowa touches. Wish this was closer to us! But we’ll be back if we’re in the area.

I can't say enough how fantastic the staff here is. My husband had a ptsd moment (former Army) when we were first sat and ordered our beer. They kindly moved us to a section that was closed and quiet. Kept checking on us and made sure everything was OK. We were just passing through and staying nearby for the night and they made us feel at home and well taken care of. The food was so good. Great job kitchen. The beer was amazing and our server (Lauren) was the sweetest, most compassionate, and understanding. Management was great and super helpful. Next time we are in Waterloo, we will DEFINITELY come back. Seriously...keep up the good work SingleSpeed. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for working with us so that we could actually stay and enjoy the beer and food. 👏 ❤ 🍻

Very cool atmosphere and lots of room. Outdoor area to enjoy the outside air or inside dinning with a large bar. Lots of different brews of beer available and a selection of other drinks. Food menu was simple but overall the food was good. I would definitely stop again and try something different next time.
