They seem to always run out of my fave donut the chocolate frosted. They were super busy and the line was long, not their fault. But the drink I ordered, a frozen mocha, was only half frozen. Not the best experience, not the worst. I will definitely return and try to catch those chocolate frosted donuts! 😊

*Update* Faster service! They were out of regular sweetened hazelnut flavored coffee but nothing a little sugar won't fix. Really great coffee! 🤍KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!
We sat in the drive thru for 10 to 15 mins waiting for 2 regular coffees... HOWEVER. I DO UNDERSTAND THERE'S A SHORTAGE OF WORKERS EVERYWHERE at the moment... I got a hazelnut coffee THAT JUST HIT THE RIGHT SPOT! It was WORTH THE WAIT!!! And the cashier was super sweet. SHE'S HANDLING IT LIKE A CHAMP!!! 🙏🙌🙌🙌 I couldn't handle it I would've been pulling my hair out I'M SURE OF IT.

I just walked out of this Dunkin. Walked in fifteen minutes ago and received a "be with you shortly." No problem. I have patience. After standing at the counter for fifteen minutes and not being acknowledged again, I had to leave because my lunch break was over.
Now I am disappointed, hungry, and late returning to work.
I will NOT make the mistake of stopping at this Dunkin again.

Worst place ive ever been. No adults work here just 16yo kids who hate their lives. Twice I've gone and they act like they don't want you to buy anything. They are rude in general let alone if you dare to ask a question. Always out of everything. Give you the wrong size of what you order. Tell you they have one thing then give you something entirely different. Make mistakes and blame it on you. I don't write reviews but this place is absolute trash and I couldn't help myself.

The restaurant does not open when the sign says open.This is the 4th time I've been there after 6am (6:25) and no one there wanted to help. After waiting at the drive up speaker I went to the drive up window, and was ignored there. The employee just looked and then turned there back and walked away. Hey Dunkin' on Dixie you lost my business.

I’ve been going to the same place for 5 years. They have new fresh outta high school employees don’t waste your time they’re immature and don’t care. Coffee isn’t made right I’m sure they don’t clean anymore. Gone straight to hell because of 2 bad employees. Good luck.

Placed an order online for pickup, when I got there they informed me that they had no donuts (I ordered a dozen). So I asked them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't do that. So I had to contact corporate, 3 weeks later I still don't have a refund. I know it's only $12.00 but it's the principle that my order wasn't filled and I still had to pay for goods not received.

As a door dasher time and efficiency is a paramount value. This store when I go in there the girls always seem to be chitchat me up and yukking it up I don’t mind a happy work environment but when I have to ask for all of the items on the order that was previously submitted. It’s a good thing I double check my orders because I saw they had missed their hashbrowns that were on the phone and I was trying to get it resolved and they acted as though it was my fault right down to saying I forgot the hashbrowns. Well if I had forgot the hashbrowns why did they have to make them because the one girl behind the counter said oh we didn’t make the hashbrowns terrible terrible place
