My ball got stuck 4 times while bowling in a beer league. EVERYTIME I went to the counter the girl was talking with a friend or getting food. The wait time for her to get back took a ton of time off our game. Get staff that wants to work on a busy night.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NO STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!
i came here with my sister and her friend and got the WORST treatment first the front guy so rude and judging us, he also looked drunk. let alone the 10 year old behind the counter making rude comment as well, she shouldn’t even be behind there in the first place, then when we told them our shoe size they signed and complained about even getting us shoes, but then we all go the wrong sizes but didn’t even wanna go back because they where so rude in the first place.

Great place to hang out and have fun, we did need assistance with our lane a few times and the food is over priced but if you just want s quick couple hours of fun it is perfect. Also the black lights are pretty cool.😎

We had a great time, good music and everything worked correctly! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only negative I would say is the food is a little overpriced, and honestly not very good. I was not expecting a Gordon Ramsay type meal but it definitely could have been a little better. Nevertheless we had a great time and I would definitely recommend going there!

The consession stand staff that served us have really good customer service skills. I'd recommend the lady who helped us rent out shoes needs a quick customer service refresher course. She needs to be warm and welcoming, too.

The rudest staff I’ve ever met.when we got here the lady finished eating her disgusting bag of chips before helping us then she put us at a dirty table people were still sitting at. I will never come here again. Too overpriced for the experience they provide. They lost my business.

Well for 80 bucks I hot a pizza and 4 drinks and 2 frames for me and 2 kids. Seems a bit overpriced but 🤷♂️ seen worse
