I have come through here periodically over the last 5 years and today was by far horrible. I get off the train hoping to have coffee. I get to dunkin donuts to see a guy mopping. I ask if they are open he says no. I ask will you be opening again today. No is his response. So i had to get Starbucks. Which 1) i dont like the taste of their coffee. 2) i think they are highly over priced. So here i sit drinking over priced nasty tasting coffee. If your hours have changed you should note it in your ad.

My experience was good, no line on the weekend 10 am ish . The frozen Pistachio coffee is dope. Well worth it to use the app and get points and or rewards, I think it has a better return rate than Starbucks app, not to mention personally think the dark coffee is great.

The attitude of the workers is most times sub par even if the product is pretty good. I would not recommend this establishment, however, I wouldn't turn anyone away from going in.

Very bad customer service there. You definitely can't trust them with your food or drinks. The young ladies there are very nasty with an I don't care attitude.

The one lady employee I've come across working there often is very polite and attentive to customer needs. Tough spot to be with all the rambunctious, needy people at union station.

Came here this morning 7/3 not only did we wait 20 minutes but the girl made our coffee wrong and had a dirty attitude when we asked to make it over again. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!
