Located near Skyland Town Center and Safeway is this Subway. It's exactly like other Subways except for plexiglass surrounds the entire area where the workers stand.
There's a parking lot in front and despite a small line, I was in and out with two subs and chips within five minutes.

The only reason I end up coming here is because it’s so close to home and open late. Every time I order ahead via the app, I get a call asking me if I ordered. When I show up to pick up the order, without fail, that’s when they wait to start the order. Staff is, more often than not, rude.

OMG I should have turned around when I noticed the restrooms blocked. And when the rude staff person began slamming my ingredients on my bread. Craving a sub, yes I stayed. Got all the way home to bread that was so far from fresh I just ate the inside. Not happy at all with this establishment today.

Great place. A little crowded for that time at night. The manager was pleasant. His employee on the other hand that was there was quite rude with customers. Reality check. Make sure you dont have employees like that working for you. Brings the whole attitude for all who is around down. Good service overall

Customer service is trash. I even tried to tell the worker about his attitude & he didn't care one bit.

Most definitely lack in customer service and professionalism!
Staff needs more training in food handling. They will literally reach over your food to grab a condiment for someone else sandwich, in the process the staff arms touched my sandwich. I asked politely if he could make the sandwich over he refused and said no.
Also masks are worn underneath their nose.

A staff worker was very rude because I asked him politely if he could wear his mask. He walked away to the back without taking my order. Another worker took my order. I won't patronize this Subway.
