Store management & employees are excellent, helpful and friendly. Upper Management/Ownership needs to assist and protect them in their work with upgraded security protocol, training and coordination with local community & business groups. Management just lets their employees and community lay out there and fend for themselves rather than being proactive to be good corporate citizens. This leads urban communities to continue to believe that 7-11 is part of the problem in promoting public safety and neighborhood quality. Management(s) of our local two stores welcome to contact CHAMPS the local Chamber on how they can help work with other businesses on the Capitol Hill Neighborhood.
