Saison Wafel Bar

After several recommendations, I stopped by at the Wafel Bar at Union market for lunch. Parking was easy and free, a rarity in the city. I had the salmon waffle and I completely enjoyed the meal. It had a nice combination of refreshing salad combination, warm and buttery waffle and fresh salmon. Next time, I'll try liege waffle which is supposed to be really good too.

I advise you to not miss this place! I was starving and looking for something to sustain me through tough work. As a foodie I have high standards. In five minutes the chef at this Union Market gem whipped up an amazing waffle and fantastic egg/bacon combo. I had to force myself to savor it! I'm ready to be inspired again...
