Cierra is an absolute gem of a human! As I went to order an afternoon venti iced chai latte to get me through the rest of my work day, my ApplePay was acting up. I realized I’d forgotten to transfer the appropriate amount in advance, and was left fumbling at the register and holding up the line. Cierra didn’t even hesitate, she just said “Don’t worry about it, it’s on me! It’ll be under Cierra.” I was left speechless for a moment and she had to clarify that she had, in fact, bought my drink for me. It was an act of pure kindness, and it honestly made my whole day. I will absolutely be back, and you can bet I will be tipping her big time the next time we cross paths! Cierra, your vibes are impeccable. Thank you - your genuine warmth and kindness meant so much, and my drink was delicious!

This starbucks has really good service and you don't have to wait. You can have a good look on the street and city while enjoying a coffee or other beverage at this lovely cosy place. They play lots of christmas music in winter which is good. Also the location is really practical because it's near manu tourist attractions.

The staff here made my visit to DC that much better. The coffee is what you would expect, the staff were attentive and got it right first time, while waiting for the drinks we ended up having such a good laugh with the couple of staff working at the end of the day. Friendliest Starbucks Ive visited in a while.
