Used to be good but has dropped the ball of late. Orders are almost never right and today was no exception. Ice coffee was wrong and my hot was full of coffee grounds

I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin. Staff sees me over at the Seasons counter and by the time I get to Dunkin they already have my coffee ready. The staff is super friendly the coffee isn't burnt like other reviews claimed. Napkins are right there so no need for staff to give you napkins. And if you are in the drive thru its simple, ask they give them. But definitely one of the best Dunkins around.

I am not a fan of DD because the coffee is like water and they shrink everything size donuts and bagels. Add to that the way they treat their employees and all employees are part time so DD don't pay any benefits.
I gave credit to DD employees they do a great job keeping up with customers 👏

The staff at this dunkin are always so nice and they make my order perfect every time. This is definitely the best dunkin in the area ! Fast and friendly !

By far one of the absolute worst Dunkin id1878 donuts in the history of Dunkin id1878 donuts. 6 people working the drive-through I stood at the counter for literally 10 minutes was told by 1 of the employees that they would be with me nobody ever came total joke in this day and age drive-through is king so if you want service don't bother walking in and it's filthy On top of everything else if I could give 0 stars I would give 0!!!!!!!

I go to this location often as it is inside the Shell Gas station and Seasons Market.
Today I was told by a asked to leave by a Dunkin employee because of my dog.
This has never happened at any other Dunkin’ location and I was also a customer of Seasons.
Seasons has welcomed my dog every time.
There is no sign saying No Pets. I felt embarrassed as the other customers stopped and stared as she told me this.
A Starbucks would be much better there.
