Subway

I asked if they made the salads at this specific location they responded with yes so I asked for a salad with pickles olives an extra tuna And this is what they gave me I did not realize that you had to say that you wanted lettuce in your salad when you place your order very disappointed in this Subway the employees you could not hear them on the speaker they were talking to other people while their speaker was on and then they continued to take the order wrong I will not be going back to this location in ordering from them Again

I had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered online had a pickup time and apparently they didn't receive my order. I went inside showed my order to the employees but they refused to start making my sandwiches because it wasn't in their system. I wasn't expecting all my sandwiches(4) to be ready since I was 5 minutes early but I stood there waiting for the girl to call her manager before starting them. So while I'm standing there waiting and the girl is on the phone with her manager she asks me another 3 or 4 times what the name is on the order and what I ordered all rudely. I tried to ignore that fact that this girls shirt didn't cover her back completely so got a nice crack view on top of it.. Finally, they find my order and begin making my sandwiches with attitude. After all is said and done the girl turns to the guy while he's handing me my sandwiches and says to him I have something to tell you about that order and walks to the backroom. So apparently I gave them something to talk about for the rest of their shift nevermind how rude they were. I will definitely not be visiting this location anytime soon.

I waited 30 min in a drive thru for them to tell me they no longer give online orders in drive thru remind you I always went through drive thru to pick up my orders. To top it off my food was supposed to be done 15 before i went in after giving them 30 minutes to make it in the first place. Thats not all, after receiving my order and making my way home to eat my sandwich i open it and everything was made wrong. This place is a joke and all the servers had there mask down while making the food in the middle of a pandemic!!!!
