Ordered a sandwich that came with special sauce, requested no sauce and add ketchup (confirmed it on the receipt) and my sandwich is wrong. Got home and realized it. Refused to offer a refund.

After telling the staff 3 times no cheese on the impossible whopper there was 2 pieces of melted cheese all over the burger that I was unable to pick off witch would be fine if my 9 year old was not allergic to milk and beef. This is why the staff was asked 3 times.

Stopped in and ordered the $6 Box King Spicy Chicken because the place wasn't to busy for inside dinning. The ordered was prepared quickly and the staff friendly. The dinning room was clean and presentable.
Unfortunately the meal was not. Opening up Chicken sandwich I was presented with a sloppy mess. The top it off I had to sit under a sign that displayed what the sandwich was supposed to look like.

I went into the Burger King on West shore road seen the guy with the long beard prepping the food without anything covering it turned around and walked out sorry don't want no hair in my food

Ordered dinner fory family 6 1/4 lb burger all were cover I mean coved in salt un excusable

Ask for nuggets with fries with no salt for my son.When i got home the fries were loaded with so much salt my son couldn't even eat them.I had to wipe the salt off one by one with my son crying on how gross his fries were caked in salt.Absolutly disgusting.This is not the first time i have had this problem and why I ask for no salt.Wont be visiting this location again anytime soon.
