I ordered 3 chicken hard shell tacos for pick up and I come back to my desk at work to this 🤨. 2 out of 3 tacos were all crushed and falling apart. Oh and that big chunk of cheese smh. The staff at this store need to do better.

I ordered guacamole with my bowl and didn’t get any and the bag of chips had maybe like 20 chips in it. Waste of money. The only reason it’s not a 1 star is because it actually tastes decent.

Hey want something a little on the spicy side? Something you probably haven't had before? Why not head on over to Chipotle, you'll love there Mexican fare! And it's alright, if you like it mild you can have it that way too. You can have UT either in a bowl,rapped in a taco or a burrito, pick your favorite meats and veggies. Always made fresh and delicious with some healthy on the side. There prices arnt too bad either, they really fill it up! Well I hope u take my advice and give it a try.

This place has gone to trash starting about a month ago. The new workers seem to be clueless on guaranteeing customer satisfaction & making sure they are all prepped & ready in time for more customers to come in. Their card machine was down which happens & understandable, then the receipt printer is broken & not working & the worker is fighting with it for 10 minutes trying to get it to work; other workers seen her struggling but offered no help. My grandmother asked a worker if he put sour cream on, & he said yes. But when we got home, no sour cream. These workers need to understand communication in their workplace & to apologize when customer satisfaction is not met. Worst experience ever here & it seems like they are not trained to well. I’ll be taking my business to the chipotle near Atwood ave, much better environment.

April 23, 2022. Haven’t been to a Chipotle in years and may not for a few more. Restaurant was dirty, wouldn’t eat in as all the tables and floors were dirty. Staff was swearing in the back and could be clearly heard. Not impressed with the salad I ordered. Very little lettuce and they didn’t have onions or fajita veggies to add to my salad. Oh and I passed on the guacamole as it was all brown and looked old yuck.

The last 3 or 4 times I have purchased a vegetarian burrito for my husband here, he has found meat in it. We also always find a huge chunk of mystery meat in the queso. Customer service hasn’t responded to our concerns. I don’t know what happened to this place in the last year.. not just this one either

Negative, a complete letdown, I ask for a bowl with brown rice, 1 scoop , the other worker grab my. Owl and asked me if I wanted more rice, she gave me more, added the chicken, in the veg tray there 4 pieces of green pepper, that’s what she gave me, I asked for more, she said sorry that’s all there is, after 30 seconds she says to me, oh I get u some from the back, I said ok, she went to the side (next to the cashier) and the tray of veg was full, she comes back, I said: so u did have more, she just smiles, TERRIBLE
