I ordered a large hot coffee through the drive through, got to the window and they gave me an iced coffee. I said I ordered a large hot coffee so they went back to get me the hot coffee. The male who working the window handed me the coffee, turned away and before the window closed I heard him say “have a horrible new year”. I then heard all the other workers laughing. I waited for my sandwich and then left. I plan to call the manager tomorrow

Good service, coffee was ready and hot. There was a long line of cars at the drive through - but I guess that's just part of the morning commute, overall good!

Every time I order it is wrong, and most of the time there is no label on the cup to verify what’s inside. A standard decaf iced was once pumpkin (and not decaf). Most of the time the decaf is not decaf. Once they spilled mocha all over the top and side of the cup and I heard the worker say “it’s just mocha” as they wiped it off, and the cup was so sticky I couldn’t hold it, even with napkins.
Another iced coffee had tons of grounds in the bottom, yet another had a paper straw wrapper bunched up in the bottom. These are just some of the orders.
Once I ordered a sandwich that had a long hair in it. Several times I have received sandwiches with completely cold, hard slices of cheese, or black burnt toast.
Today, the wax paper was still on the egg, which I almost choked on. *PICTURE FOR PROOF*
These issues all rest on the management, who are responsible for training the workers how to be clean, consistent, timely, and professional. The workers are not to blame; as a former Dunkin’ employee I completely understand the stress of the job. It’s not easy. But the management needs to take control, this is completely unacceptable!!

I’ve avoided stopping at this Dunkin for the past 3 months because of how they mess literally every single thing up. I went today because it was more convenient and I only ordered a decaf iced coffee. They somehow managed to mess it up. There’s coconut flavoring when I didn’t ask for that, and the label is correct but the drink is clearly made wrong.
Genuinely the worst Dunkin in the state of Rhode Island.

Hate to be that person but when I visited they weren't letting paying customers use their public restrooms. When you don't live in Warren and are on the road after a long day - that's a MAJOR inconvenience!

Dunkins doesn't seem to change a lot throughout the franchise but staff does! These folks are friendly and are very willing to make you a happy customer. Strange orders don't upset them and service is fast and orders are done correctly.
