One of the better 7 11 in metro Detroit. Always clean,Slurped machines rarely are down if ever. ..this is very rare for 7 11. Patricia, Sandra and a few others are great, very customer focused. We miss Ms Betty who retired from here. Keep up the good work and hiring the right employees to keep customer service up!

7/11 store 13555 Twelve Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48093 stole $15 from me. After calling customer service at least 8 times, they told me they will try to get a refund for being overcharged. Never got a call from the franchise owner or consultant like customer service said I would. Explained many times the frustration I had being ignored and still not given a call or email. Overheard an employee complaining about how poorly they are treated with hardly any days off. Trash company, trash service. Have not been to a 7/11 since and will never again fund this scum company.

I have been coming here since I was little, growing up right around the block from it and never had any issues with any employees until the last year or so there has been an African American Male, I am not sure of his name but I needed to take the time to express just how rude and ignorant he is, he makes me feel like I am bothering him and is nothing but just plain nasty sometimes between the eye rolling and the huffing and puffing I really felt like he was just so annoyed with me and it's like that every time I go in there - I asked if you guys were looking for anyone and for what shift or is it to be determined ( reason I asked is bc of the huge sign in front that said now hiring) when I had asked him his reply was uh ya idk I don't think so before I lost my cool I just walked out and went to the gas station by house because I couldn't even stand to look at his rude ass any longer. Get rid of him HE IS THE WORST! Everyone else though is absolutely wonderful and so helpful!
