Subway

Terrible service here. The lady was absolutely rude to my boyfriend. He asked for the Italian herb and cheese bread and the lady who was working said they only had white and wheat bread. In a completely rude manner. She must have had a bad day or something but still. Learn how to talk to paying customers. She didn't ask if we wanted our sub to be toasted. So my boyfriend asked if she could toast it and she literally put it in there for not even a minute. Her sub making skills were 0. I saw her cough into her glove and proceeded to make our sandwich. She didn't even give the right receipt to him. Literally the worst experience at a subway ever. Normally I don't write reviews but the service was TERRIBLE at this subway. She could learn how to make better subs too. You bet I won't be back to this one, ever.😤

Won't ever go to this subway ever again in my life. When I asked for a sandwich, The lady that worked on 2/25/2019 at around 1pm blew me off like I was a neuscence to her. Made me wait while there was no one else in line ordering at all. Finally took my order after waiting 5 minutes with her just standing there. While making my sandwich she gave me an attitude as if she wasn't getting paid to do her job. Heated my sweet onion sandwich for less than 5 seconds. Instead of asking me how I want my sandwich and what toppings, she just stared into space and rolled her eyes. When paying for my sandwich I asked for a small cup to have ice water. She refused and told me I had to pay for it. Opened my sub to eat and it literally fell apart the moment I unwrapped it. Mangement, look at who you're hiring and how they're destroying your establishment.

Came in today at noon for lunch. They only had flatbread. Typically a competent employee has speed and is versed in the procedures of their occupation. The employee who helped us displayed neither and was reluctant to serve us. This institution deserves their poor reputation until they take steps to care. Disgraceful.

After reading all the negative comments i have to step in. I agree the atmosphere does not come off as a subway atmosphere because it is in a meijer BUT the workers there are really nice. I visit this place at least twice a month, and the lady that does my sandwich is very nice to me. They might be short staffed because most of the time i go she is working alone.

Stopped by here for a quick sandwich but got just the opposite. After waiting 10 mins for someone to come to the counter, me and another customer walked over to the deli. As I'm waiting to pay 2 girls in Subway uniforms come in from somewhere with their coats on complaining about something to the Meijer deli employees. When I asked if they worked at Subway and could I get a sandwich one of them said I'll make you a sandwich and proceeded to take off her coat and put on gloves. She walked right past the sink and didn't stop to wash her hands and she'd just come from outside. I just turned around and left.

First and last time here!!! I just bought $12 worth of food for lunch. I asked for a cup for water and was told it would be $0.32 for the empty cup. Really, after just paying $12!!! If I would have known this before I already paid, I would have walked out. Then there loss would have been almost $12 by throwing my meal away. Customer retention destroyed over 32 cents.

Awful customer service. I was the only one in line and Elizabeth would not look at me. Hoping I would walk away I guess. I got her attention and said is anyone working in the kitchen and she said she didn’t work at Meijers! I stood there and she finally realized I wanted to purchase a subway!!! Rolling her eyes very snotty.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Sandwich maker was rude and could not speak clearly. They were "out of" lettuce and tomatoes. I wasn't told this until after I ordered my subs. This store is in a grocery store. GO PICK UP SOME LETTUCE AND TOMATOES! Extremely disappointed. Will not buy from them again.
