Tim Hortons

Assistant manager Mohammed is very RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and has no BUSINESS working any leadership position that involves customer service dealing with people. Especially morning ppl. Yesterday ordered a 10 pack timbits and my coffee get home while on break and see there is only 7 in the box. I called the store to complain. Because give ppl what they paid for….. the team member on the phone ask me to bring them Back. But i told him i live to far away and have to make it to work. I tell him i can come in the morning before work. He takes my name and number and says they will replace it in the morning. Told them what time i normally come. Fast forward to this morning……i arrive and instead of being proactive and creating a solution MOHAMMED instead choices to ARGUE at 730 in the morning and refusing to fix my order or refund it because i didnt bring the 7. Back THE NEXT DAY. My suggestion…… tim hortons should train management better in terms of customer service and ensure that training includes knowledge of basic mathematics because counting to ten is clearly a struggle here. STARBUCKS would never…….

This use to be a 5 star review but now as of 02/02/22 Im disgusted with my order, I get off at 7am an get home to spend about 25 min with my girl before she has to leave for work, an she loves Tim Hortons. Well except for today... Coffee medium warm, BEC Crossant COLD...... 2 Boston Cream donuts put in a bag, one upside down at bottom, the other sideways stuck to bag. SMH aint got time to take it back. She has to leave. Great way to start the morning. What happend today Tim?

No point in even complaining about these establishments, it's a shame. Ordered 2 carmel lattes- bitter to the taste, no sweetness. Nothing at all. Got 4 bagles toasted. Bagels aren't fresh, not even warm. NOT EVEN TOASTED. A $22 breakfast in the trash but glad these places will gladly still accept your money. This is a scam. WHAT HAPPENED TIMHORTONS. SMH

Very bad experience today 😕... I witness an employee go outside come back inside straight to the donuts and grab the donuts with his hands... he did not wash his hands not one time and thought it was ok and cursed me out like I was wrong for asking why he didn't wash his hands... he was so disrespectful.. even the supervisors was disrespectful like it was ok... these ppl was very nasty and rude!!
