Arby's

Tried the new Wagyu Burger. I enjoyed it, because... 1. The meat was about as thick as one would have at a backyard BBQ and... 2. The Brioche Bun was really good. And... 3. It was loaded with toppings. Disclosure: I requested extra sauce (very possibly, unneeded. Wait until you see the pix. lol.) The price was reasonable compared to other special sandwiches elsewhere. I ended up eating only half for lunch; it was filling.

Ordered my food. Got to the window and paid after a 20 minute wait. As the cashier was handing my reciept I was told they dont have enough Reuben meat. Then they dont talk to me until the window opens again and there trying to hand me cash for the missing sanwhich out of a 30 dollar order. I was never asked if I wanted something else, was not asked if I even wanted any of the order...then as i tols the manager this she started to be condescending. All of this could have went much better if i was told about the reuben meat was out when I ordered. I could have drove 2 miles away to another arbys, probably not waited 20 minutes in line and would have actually get the food i wanted. This location is trash. Save yourself time and go to another 1

Seem this female may have been a "manager" or someone with authority. She didn't greet me with a hello/a may I help you, but she did stand behind the register and stare at me SILENTLY. I C folks haven't learned YET!!!. They had none of the food I ordered. I jus got a shake, it was hot outside......Very POOR SERVICE
