Applebee's

We came at 9:31pm last night. This was our first time here. Our server was Ariel and they were really busy. Our food was ready in a few minutes. The food was hot and good except for one giant piece of broccoli that wasn’t cooked. The ribs were decent for that kind of restaurant. Ariel had a lot of customers and kept us waiting a tiny bit, but she was fast and kind. I tipped her generously. I rate 5 stars because they seated us close to closing, it was super busy, the food hit the spot, one of the managers came to greet us and bid us a great night and our server did a fantastic job in all of the chaos.

I ordered over the phone. Went to the curve side pick sharp on time but I had to wait 25+ minutes I have texted to the number it was shown on the sign and reply someone will being the food shortly and no one even come out from the restaurant. Then I decided to inside and asked them for my food. Then they said food is ready!!! I took them home. I have never eaten this type of worse steak ever in the US. It was saggy and almost burned it. I actually ordered medium well and came out this. Also the chicken casadilla was salty and not crispy enough. Shrimp n chicken was bad. They cooked it but added spices and too much salt. Worse experience. Will never go again.
