Hardee's

I was waiting on my food and a newly cashier was taking a order and she made a slight error. She asked the supervisor or team member to give her some assistance with the correction of the order and the lady gave her a very unfriendly look and seem to be bothered by her employee. That's not professional. I saw that the cashier was trying her hardest to get her customer their food and she had a great attitude about the situation. But for the supervisor she need some more training in customer service and human relations. I give the cashier 5 stars for attitude and effort and this was the front end cashier in the morning.

This is most likely the busiest Hardee's in Warner Robins for breakfast but also the most inefficient! Save your time and run up to Hardee's on 247. Chik fillet is burying its competitors.. Fast food 'Robots' can't come fast enough here. On a recent visit to this location : -self serve coffee station empty + creamer -I saw a customer get so impatient, she volunteered to re-stock the creamer herself. Amazingly enough the employee behind the counter gave her the box of creamer and let her do this! -wait time 20mins(see picture) -Total of 5 employees working. Only 1 employee working storefront -1 star due to a tasty biscuit
