My family stopped here for lunch. There is a mask policy while ordering food, which we were compliant with. However, the manager, instead of approaching us quietly or professionally, came up and harassed us stating we didn't have proper face covering, even though the masks covered our faces completely. She then stated we could either "comply or leave". Reluctantly, we complied with her request, since we did not have time to stop at another restaurant. To top it all off, the food and service were mediocre at best. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food I’ve been receiving. I’ve been a customer for many years and have never had complaints until now. The sandwiches are quite expensive and I don’t mind the cost because they’re usually made very well. But today I received my turkey avocado blt and not only was the turkey just the plain sliced and not the carved turkey that’s supposed to be on it but I barely received one slice of avocado. Very disappointed. I’m used to much better quality from Panera.

The last couple of visits to Panera in Warner Robins Ga the customer service and quality of food hasn’t been the greatest. Maybe it’s because of lack of staff or just lack of quality that the company wants to put out. But today I went to eat there with my wife and got told I had to leave because I didn’t have a mask.....A Mask! I’m coming to a restaurant to put food and drink in my body which doesn’t require me to need a mask. Not to mention I am and have been 100% healthy. I understand that some people want to wear one to protect themselves but I shouldn’t have to if I don’t feel I am a threat to getting anyone sick. So with that being stated I strongly suggest that since the past few times quality has been down and now, “no service no mask”, I will never spend another penny at this place or any other Panera or it’s affiliated company’s. ***Mask are optional, not a requirement!!!***

I never thought I'd get used to Panera having a drive-thru, this Robins location is very convenient.
The employees are younger, so I'll let it fly with 4 stars. They may not know the products well enough. Don't be rude to the kids, they're friendly and do try. My husband's $14 Jersey Mikes sub has $20+ worth of ingredients and you can feel its weight. A $15 lunch should include its condiments, so just ask for more, no issue there. McDonald's won't even give a napkin in WR or Macon without a stare.
With Paneras, people either love them or don't... For fair review, its a bakery cafe not a restaurant. If you love salads, great. Coffees, bagels, the best. Fresh breads, excellent.
For those who enjoy Paneras- The classic pecan braid is a flaky twist using the layered pastry dough now. The creamy tomato bisque is just tomato soup by name. (Same soup; Just pay for the cheese.) There's changes I've accepted here, but don't tell me this soup never came with cheese. Its the same cheese with the French Onion. It took me weeks to recall the right cheese, but the helpful lady still offered parmesan. It worked okay for taste, but parmesan stiffens to a lump. Its the other mozzarella for the soup. One teaspoon of vinaigrette for the asian sesame half-salad was too much to accept, so I pulled the car over for more, no big deal. The salad dressing cup was nowhere near half full. The cilantro was in it though. Other locations leave it out.
Five stars is a no so far. Its still great food, the best soups, sandwiches, and I love the breads. Its been noticably less glazes, less dressings, and sauces used the last several months. However, the side baguette was surprisingly baked perfect today. I often toss these, but sitting in traffic, I ate the whole thing. It was not hard, nor rubbery after 4pm. Most Paneras are a hit or miss lateday with the baguettes. Like most, I'm not planning to dine inside anywhere for a while, but I can still get the foods I like to eat without dreading the drive-thru.

Very lazy, low work ethic employees. Urged us to go through the drive through faster as we were actively asking a question about an item on their menu. Closed the restaurant 30 minutes early. They don't need the money apparently, surprising considering we're a week from Christmas. Going to cook-out though!

We stopped in for breakfast this morning and enjoyed our bagels and breakfast wrap. The food and service was great!
I did order a bakers dozen of bagels to bring to my parents house as we are visiting from out of town. Unfortunately I did not receive the 2 tubs of cream cheese that are supposed to come with the 13 bagels. I paid 16.99 for just the bagels. I should have checked the bag before leaving the store.

The only restaurant I've been to in Warner Robins that you have to wear a mask to enter. No restaurants in Perry require this either. They are not reflecting practices of the rest of the community. One restaurant in town checks temps. Which is fine. That restaurant doesn't even require a mask. But as they say, I don't have to eat there. So I didn't. We went to Cracker Barrel. This is just an FYI for those who would like to opt out.
