Dunkin'

Did I have to wait a bit? Sure. Was it worth it? Definitely! I'm very much a Starbucks drinker, mainly because I like tea and not coffee. Coffee at Dunks usually tastes like burnt water. Got an iced latte today and it's literally the best one I've ever had. I feel like with everywhere being understaffed quality and patience seem to be inconsistent. Just wanted to thank the crew for making my (and my puppies') moring.

Says they open at 430 but never open when I go around 445. It's a hit or miss and a waste of my time in the morning. If u don't open at 430 you should change your time. They will have a whole line of cars and won't tell anyone that they are not ready yet. Gind another dunkin if u value your time in the morning.

I would actually say this is one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts out there. We have been there quite a few times and they actually get your order right the first time. They were also friendly and fast every time i was there. As for the food/drinks, it’s still Dunkin’ Donuts, the quality is about the same as any other.

I've been here every day for the past month. Worst dunkin ever. They have never greeted me or acknowledged I'm there. Not even a "I'll be right with you". When they're ready to take an order, they just stand at the cash register with an alert face, they can't even say "what would you like". Today was the worst by far. At the drive thru, I read my sandwich order then my drink order. Then Jodi says "what was that?" I say "what part". She says "I got your sandwich". I say "Well, my sandwich order was...." . She CUTS ME OFF and says "I got your sandwich order, I need the rest of it." I say "Don't you want to double check the rest of it since you can't hear me well?" She says "No I got it" So I tell her my drink order, ending with "and my sandwich was..." JODI INTERRUPTS ME AGAIN. She ends the order by saying okay. Not even a "pull up to the window". I ask for my total and she says that she'll know once I get there. They don't accept student discount, only seniors. I guess this means they don't offer military. Lame. You forgot my straw, mean old lady.

When I pull up to the window to this dunkin location they'll always tell me to pull forward and they will run my food out to me. 4 times I pulled forward and 5 times I sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting watching at least 5 cars pull through if not more. Then I end up walking in and getting my food they didn't bring me. So normally I avoid this dunkin. Today though I was driving by and the kids were asking for something so if figure it get a coffee too. What happens they ask me to pull forward... I tell them no because every time I pull forward I end up sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes and have to come in. Then this other girl came to the window. That's when the attitude started. I had run into this girl here before and she is definitely one of the girls who said she would bring my stuff out before and had me sit in the parking lot only to come in and get it. So tell her No, Explain why and she tells me they are on a timer.... I said how does that have anything to do with me? I got more attitude. Then when they finally gave me my order it was missing stuff and she spilled part of my coffee on me cause she only put the lid on half way. So the other girl says sorry cleans it and puts it in a hot cup. The girl with the attitude said did you pay for that cup? It's 27 cents. I said no and I'm not going to also you forgot some of my food. She left other girl came to the window and finished the order for me. I don't know the name of the girl but she was skinny brown hair and kinda looked like she was a junkie! Avoid this dunks fire this girl. People like this is what makes me avoid dunkins.

The only Dunkin in town to make me consistently good coffee, without a fuss or confusion. The atmosphere is nice, especially considering it's smaller and inside a gas station convenience store, they keep it clean and organized. Everyone is always smiling MD ready to take my order. Also, the drive thru is promp and frustration-free as opposed to the other local Dunkins
