First taste of venison and it was great! Some other menu options would have been nice but then I'm fussy! Service was lovely although sometimes hard to get attention. Lovely evening overall

Had dinner here last night. Extremely good food. Service was friendly & efficient. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend the Venison & the Seafood Chowder. Dessert was the ice-cream sundae which was amazing.

Could not speak more highly of the service the staff provided to us. The food was delicious, we tried a few tapas including the onion rings, garlic prawns, salt & pepper squid and also shared the chicken burger. The food was well cooked and flavoursome and the cocktails were amazing. Thank you for great food and great service!

What an awesome experience. Service, food and atmosphere was superb. We had a window table so could also enjoy the view of gorgeous Wanaka.
Live crayfish and paua tanks which you choose the one you want and it is cooked for you.
Menu is great with plenty to choose from.
We will be back to sample other dishes.

Large and comfortable bar with great views of Lake Wanaka
Stopped by for lunch on a cold windy day
Spicy wedges with sweet chili and sour cream were the highlight, mussels with green curry was served with the best toasted crusty sourdough
It's an excellent place to drop by for a light meal

Excellent food for a bar. The burger is perfectly done, even the French fries, the clam chowder is so filling and rich and tasty. One of the best restaurants in town I must say

Good food and service. Though we waited awhile for the food during lull period (around 3-4pm), staff was friendly, offered us to change to booth seats so that my boy has more room to move around and provided coloring materials to keep him entertained while waiting for the food. We enjoyed the steak and short ribs.

We had our lunch here on a nice sunny afternoon. The place was nice and relaxed (think there’s no women’s world cup happening in the afternoon).
We ordered a seafood chowder and spicy wedges. The chowder was full of ingredients and the wedge’s sauce combination of sweet thai chili + sour cream was absolutely amazing. The portions were huge was well!

The place to get a good feed and a variety of Lake Bar. The food serving sizes are great, especially after a day on the mountain. Did a couple of dinner visits to the Lake Bar, and we weren't disappointed.

Yummy food had beef short rib which were devine just melted off bone very tasty. Great winter rib warmer! Chicken burger yummy & lived up to what you would expect from a really nice restaurant.
Wonderful friendly waitress. Efficient & anticipated what we were after.
