Kfc

Me and my wife ordered via drive through the 12 piece original recipe meal.The service was excellent and so was the quality of the meal and sides !!!! This KFC is the best !!! We also ordered in the past a 16 piece Original Bucket, Cole slaw , Mashed Potatoes with gravy and biscuits !!!! Outstanding service and delicious meals !!!! Special shout out to the new Assistant Manager. We had to wait for our order due to heavy ordering customers at this location. It was worth the wait as well as having the Assistant Manager giving us our order in the curbside waiting area.

The food was nothing special, I am a little put out by the drop in quality in all fast food restaurants. As a matter of policy, KFC no longer furnishes paper plates and only one spoon-fork. They get 2 stars for being there and the extra star is for truly friendly people behind the counter. They were as great as they could be within the framework of post Covid fast food.

Normally KFC food is really good. Not so much at this one. The biscuits were about 1/4 the normal size. If they hadn't tasted like flour, they would have had no flavor. The three piece meal only had small pieces of dark meat, no breast. The fries had been so old they were almost dehydrated. Mashed potatoes were not even flavorful (how do you mess up mashed potatoes). If you live near by, I'm sorry. If you're traveling, go on down the road to the next exit.

Very disappointed tonight. Was told they can't take debit cards at drive thru. Why couldn't she walk over to another register to pay for my order? First I was told 15 minute wait for chicken at the drive thru. When I went inside, the clerk was too busy rubbing up on another employee to acknowledge me. Then I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for the chicken. I took my $35 order elsewhere. Usually much better service. Owner & management, you need to work on this!

Absolutely terrible service!!!! We like KFC and decided to stop there and were disappointed from beginning to end. We did not receive spoon/fork and when I went up to the counter to ask for them, I was directly ignored and when she finally asked me what I wanted, she seemed annoyed and bothered to have to deal with me. Then another employee was entertaining her male friend in the dining area loudly and rudely. Overall, very disappointed. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

Currently standing at the counter and having multiple employees, including the manager, ignore me and continue chatting. Apparently no one here wears name tags...making it impossible to easily reference anyone. Looks like filling the single order in front of me, with no one in the drive thru required 5 employees. Additionally the manager also seemed to think it was appropriate to keep the fedex pick up driver standing around as well...not like anyone else has things to do

There were 3 of us all seniors we were in the drive thru the person in my vehicle could not order i was then to pull and park after the rule lady at the drive said the chicken just came eecwaiting additional 10 minutes we had to stop a KFC employee who was bringing out of guests food who came after us. Never apologized the lady had the window is rule pushy and down right rule the other senior in my car we had to go elsewhere and her chicken we went to Nogales what a huge difference we had no napkins or spoons firks food throw in the bottom of the bag then you forget we are outside . I told the ladies I do not like the attitudes. We should receive our meals for free. Shame on the drive-thru lady slow it down talk to me as iam a child
