At this point this restaurant owes me appropriately 50 dollars in missing items on my deliveries. Not everyone is allowed to eat by this restaurant's incompetency. They don't know how to count to 4 or 5. Quality assurance not that difficult. Stop sealing the bags so the delivery guys can double check the orders. Poor service, poor quality assurance, train your staff better.

One of the best MacDonald's I have visited. Drive through was very very quick, even there was a very long queue. .. Even I added extra coffee at the pay counter. What a team work..pleasant, friendly and polite staffs.. I recieved my order less than 1 minute all together. What a place.. keep it up.

Would be great if staff are trained to put the pickle on burgers. Numerous times now there is no pickle. Was told to bring the burger back after getting home and sitting in the drive thru. Just a joke.

ive always been treated with friendly staff, i see them getting along while making my orders, if i get something wrong in my order they fix it right up for me, they make their coffees very well! i understand the pressure of working in fast food so iam very pleased when coming to this maccas!

Honestly not one to complain but i ordered delivery and they took over an hour to make it when it said it would be here within 15 mins. not happy. not quite sure why it takes that long to pack a frappe and apple pie

Had multiple bad experiences at this Maccas. #1Very rude employee who was having a bad night and decided to leave my McFlurrys sitting for 20 minutes, soon after tried to serve the melted McFlurrys to me. I let him know they were melted and asked for new ones. My reply was the McFlurrys getting slapped in the bins right in front of me. Very rude and made me very uncomfortable.

These days it’s called Club Elemore And they are great supporters of live music in Newcastle. The way they have designed the building to be counters sunken into the side of the hill protect residents from potential sound issues. There is a real lesson to be learned here for the other live venues in Newcastle. A great little bistro, awesome food!

Easy to get to from a lot of suburbs very quick driveway service but I guess could get busy sometimes food was hot 🔥 last time but in the past have had cold fries and burgers 🍔 which is always dissapointing but that's fast food I believe.
