Applebee's

Grace, Ant, and Joel, and the dishwasher Adam are a phenomenal select of the Applebees staff. Their dedication and professionalism creates a unique and memorable dining experience. I was absolutely delighted by how wonderful the staff was. These servers go above and beyond to impress their guests and make sure they’re taken care of. Adam ensures all of the dishes are cleaned and sanitized to my preference, I request for my dishes to be washed specifically 13 times before any food touched my plate and he had no problem doing so. I appreciate their effort to go above and beyond for me. I’ve never received service quite like I do everytime at apples bees. I will never stop coming here as long as these employees as here. They deserve top tier treatment, employees of the month!!

Our waitress and food were great. But the tall skinny young man who works for you started to get a bit annoying. My friends and I hadn't seen each other in 2 years and were trying to just have a conversation and enjoy seeing each other and he's up at your podium on the other side of our booth singing and being very disruptive. My friends were telling me how he had been telling them about all the great Google reviews he has gotten. But I'm sorry, he was not impressive to us and if anything he made our visit difficult with being obnoxious. But our waitress was awesome, as was the food.

My group came in after the GVSU vs Ferris playoff football game. We were quickly seated and our server Cody was awesome! Our food was hot and delicious. This is probably one of my best Applebee's experiences in a very long time! On our way out, the manager(I presume) was standing at the door. I told her of my great experience and she mentioned my servers name. This showed she was paying attention to all of the guests there. Keep up the great work! I will be coming back again!

Sam is such a SLAY!!!!! She’s so attentive, and knows her stuff! Super nice and brought me all my drinks with a smile on her face. Sam is the type of girl to stop a moving truck in its tracks before it runs me over. Everyone needs a Sam in their life! Sam makes me feel a part of the neighborhood! We love you Sam!
