The staff in the night shift is very rude and non serious. Don’t care about the customers, busy talking on the phone and fulfilling completely wrong orders. She was loud, disrespectful and had a don’t care attitude when told about the order issue. I loved the friendly guy we had there before in the night shift but would not going back to this location when this lady is there in the night shift.

I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted to drink and the kind worker named Preston gave me a recons recommendation. I tried it out and it was splendid. :)

At first when I entered the store they were 2 employees at the front n neither one acknowledged my presence until I asked if this was where I ordered. The male turned around n said yes. When the female came to take my order she was so cold with her "what can I fo for you". I had taken one if my client out to eat, If it was gor me, I would have walked out.

Owners: staff this place accordingly. I feel horrible for the people working here they seem miserable and unable to handle the volume of orders they receive. Fast food shouldn't take 30 minutes to get your order.

Fun time. Masks required, we didn't have any but they were nice enough to give us some so we could enter and eat.

I got severe food poisoning from eating here. They were the only place that I could eat that day so I know it was from them

Not the best experience today. I pulled up the drive-thru, and announced myself several times with the course of a couple minutes. The drive-thru screen was not operating, so I assumed no one can hear me. I then drove up and expected to be able to place my order at the window. As I turn the corner I saw another car parked in front of me waiting to pick up their order. It took approximately 5 minutes for that order to be filled, while I waited patiently. When I pulled up to the window, the attendent advised me that I would have to pull around and get back in line because quote unquote he had other customers that had ordered at the screen. When I advised him that I had announced myself three times over the course of a couple minutes, he advised me that he was busy with other customers. Rather than going to the shenanigans and waiting another 10 minutes, I just took off and decided not to order anything. Burlington should really get its screen fixed, and if an attendant is busy, have an automated system that says someone will be with you in a minute.
