. Stopped by again April 2021. Still the best place to eat. I could sit in here all day and eat everything!!!!! Hands down, best eatery in the Hudson valley!!! Anytime I am in the area; this is priority #1. Great staff with impeccable customer service. Small details, which most overlook, is what sets this establishment apart. Top notch . "the Hamilton and sausage parmesan kale soup.

I like this restaurant! They serve first-rate dishes, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I like a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently good, the service towards the visitors is very good too. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Had a wonderful breakfast with my wife atBarnside this morning. We visit Walden almost every summer and while I love it, it is somewhat lacking in the decent restaurant department. It looks like that may be changing. I had a turkey lurkey breakfast wrap-egg whites, Boars Head turkey, spinach, and avocado. It was terrific. My wife had a bacon and cheddar omelette which she said was excellent. They make a good cup of coffee too. Service was very good, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Very reasonably price as well. I hope they continue to do well so we can come back next summer.

Truly a diamond in the rough . It's very hard nowadays to find real, fresh food at a reasonable price, but this place manages to do so. I'm a very picky eater, which usually gets a lot of eye rolls and things like that whenever I go out to eat. This place , treats you as every customer should be treated. They never once gave me the impression that I was wasting their time or that I was making them impatient. The staff is phenomenal and the food , as I said , is everything you could possibly wish for. The only thing I would wish for for this place is earl grey tea,& for them to be open at night ! I understand why they close so early , but they would make so much money off of my boyfriend and i alone if they were open longer! Can't even put into words how over satisfied I am with this phenomenal place.

I am a little disappointed I did not stop by before.... This is a such nice place and what a delicious food. Very clean and comfortable place to eat and a great service I got during my first experience.
