Mcdonald's

Stopped for coffee and it was horrible. The drive through had a long wait time so I decided to go in an order the coffee to get it faster... Still slow service seemed like drive through had priority over customers standing in line. But the response was faster. All the cars outside were still waiting for their orders.

Yay for a business that's open! At least McDonald's is open serving the traveling public and truckers. Hot fresh food made and served quickly. Tried for fast food at the truck stop and they were closed and don't serve breakfast. Needed a truck wash and they were closed as well. Glad to see there is a business open for truckers!

The evening shift people working on 12/26 around 6:30p should be ashamed of themselves. Hands down the worse McD’s drive thru experience. Woman who took my order took an apathetic tone with me while placing order. It’s almost as though I put her out and was an inconvenience. Didn’t acknowledge order nor was I asked to pull up. There are probably other jobs that suit her - working fast drive through isn’t one of them unfortunately. Once I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted which I suppose was to be expected based on the attitude I previously received. Additionally, I wasn’t asked whether I wanted condiments for my food and they missed an item as part of my order. The staff there need to be re-trained in good customer service, etiquette and how to smile. If you want to deal with friendly employees, receive good customer service, and have nothing missing from your order, you’re better off heading across the interstate to the truck stop like we should’ve done.
