I came in today and loved my experience I got a cappuccino and a cheesecake and loved it ! I think they said they’re names was Amy and Olivia and Ella ! Wonderful service definitely come here again !

I came in today and seen the guy working speaking very rude to the other girls that was working with him, he served me and his tone of voice wasn’t any better to the customers. Other than that everything else was fine and lovely coffee

Having been a manager at Costa, when I’m not working I tried out Noor as a fresh change to the usual coffee I’m used to. And to my amazement this place has the most amazing coffee. The amazing manager there personally attended to my dairy allergy and made me the most beautiful Oat Flat White and a Cake. The cafe was spotless, the staff were so fun and friendly and the 3 girls who worked (Jess, Amy and Katie) were so invested into their customer service it made the atmosphere in there feel more than just a busy cafe. Excellent experience, brilliant coffee and a very well run store. The company should be proud to have the current team in there 😊

Have sat in here a few times for coffee whilst shopping usually pretty busy but don’t wait too long to be served. Usually clean and tidy compared to other big name coffee shops nearby although once or twice I have had to clear my own table of other peoples dirty plates and cups which I don’t like

Nice and quiet inside, till someone decided to have a conversation next table to us....it was like they were talking miles apart.....there is no need to talk so loud when you are a metre apart....other people are there too! Otherwise service was polite and quick, place was clean and tidy.

Popped in for a coffee and hot chocolate with my kids. Friendly efficient service and tables were being cleared and cleaned as soon as they were exited. Coffee was really good and the barista made sure she did the hot chocolate a little cooler for the kids. Amazing selection of cakes and cookies!

Very nice coffee in Wakefield, especially near a shopping centre.
Interior is the same layout really as the last cafe Nero that was there, but the decor is much better now.
Staff are very friendly, very prompt to take your order and get it to you.
Food is similar, but nothing to be moaned at.
Lost one star for serving my croissant on a chipped plate, as all food and drink establishments should know chipped porcelain is a bacteria breeding ground and therefore disposed of.

A relaxing and convenient coffee shop in the Trinity Walk Centre. Wakefield. Does everything you'd expect from a coffee shop but with unique decor and exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. It makes such a difference when they actually talk.to the customers without sounding like they have learned a script. We loved the garden effect! Seating available both indoors and outdoors. Give this place a try.
