Wendy's

By far the worst Wendy’s in the metro Raleigh area. Decades ago, I managed a Wendy’s training store in Georgia. Our store trained franchise owners and their Wendy’s franchise general managers. I KNOW what perfect Wendy’s taste like. It’s delicious! This store on Louisburg Rd has NO idea what they are doing. We’ve lived by this store for over 20 years. It is the ONLY fast food near enough to our house to arrive home hot. We attempted for years to frequent this restaurant because Wendy’s done right is spectacular. I’ve called and complained more than a dozen times to the area office. NO ONE cares that this is the worst Wendy’s around. I stopped by today and stayed in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes for a half of an order of French fries and a melted frosty. The staff at this location is poorly managed. They are rude and ghetto. Stay away from this location. It WILL not be good. It hasn’t been good but maybe once in 20 years

The drive thru was crazy busy, I only saw 2 people working after waiting 25 minutes my chicken sandwich was completely raw. It was still wet and mushy to the bread because it was not cooked all the way. If I would have ate It I would have ended up sick. Immediately threw away but the fact that pricing for food is now higher we need food that’s edible even being short staffed. So disappointed.

Did the mobile app sat sat and no one came called them and then they told me I had to go thru the drive-thru to get my order since the system was down. Keep in mind the drive thru is wrapped around the building. Finally the manager met me at the door and was very rude and told me it didn’t matter that I already paid….excuse me?! Finally got my food after the girl on the phone said it was ready sitting on the counter and she (manager) continuously told me it’s not ready. The food was not correct had to go back to the door and she still had a attitude. Sorry you hate your job lady! It’s part of customer service! Do not recommend this place! Always have issues with them!

Bad service!!! During the drive thru an employee named Will was so rude with us. He was giving us the drinks (3) one by one with a very mad face. He did not have gloves or a mask. When we asked for a tray he squinted his eyes. Then we asked him if everything was fine, he just left without giving us our food and leaving my husband's card in the payment terminal. A different employee came to apologize for his attitude, however Will was there and did not say a word. And he continued with his mad and very ugly FACE!  When we arrived home and opened the hamburger they did not give us what we ordered. We will never come back to that place. Hopefully they talk to the employee and teach him how to treat the clients.
