The ice cream was good. The place is popular in the area.
There isn't that much parking went on a Sunday afternoon and parked off the street not a long walk.The selection wasn't as wide but what was there was excellent.
There is some sitting outside a few with an umbrella which is nice.the sitting inside is very tight.

While I appreciate locally sourced, homemade ice cream, we were very underwhelmed with Lumpy's. Our family celebrates special occasions with a trip to an ice cream shop. We'd never been to Lumpy's and thought we would give it a go. Unfortunately, all 4 of us were very disappointed with the confusing entrance, cluttered/dated interior, and weird flavors/bland ice cream. For any ice cream to get a hands down from my 6 and 9 year olds means it was lacking. Sorry, Lumpy's. We will not be back.

I'm an ice cream junkie 🍨, and Lumpy's had the best ice cream EVER, hands down. Rich rich ice cream with fun flavors. Even their cones are more crisp, fresh, and buttery than others.
My favorite is their butter pecan, but it's difficult to choose every time! Lumpy's is the real reason we drive into Wake Forest on the weekends!

It’s the best! Never gets boring because they change flavors often. Friendly service and Buck gives back to the community. Oh and if you like root beer like I do then they have a large section of root beer in the bottle!

My boyfriend loves this ice cream he says the flavor in it is really powerful. I would suggest going here if you live a good flacir cone. I didn't like it, but nothing aganist then I'm more of a soft serve kinda gal. Customer service is great and will definitely ve taking my man back there

Best and cheapest ice cream in North Carolina. They always have the best ice cream flavors and some ones I never thought could be so amazing. I love this place.
