Every experience I have here has been excellent. Today I just got a simple Cold Brew but it was perfect and they always add exactly how much cream, sweetener, etc., and the exact kinds I want. I am kind of picky about this and they have always been very kind about it! This location is always busy for a reason: People love their coffee and food because the baristas do an excellent job. I have never had a bad drink from here, and they have never made a mistake with my order. Any time we have gotten breakfast sandwiches, they are fresh, hot and scrumptious. The employees are always very kind and friendly, and I am always amazed at how they handle the huuuuge volume of never ending customers with a positive attitude. These employees are extremely hard working. Even if the line is long, it moves rapidly. And it is not Dunkin's fault the line is long. It's because they are the best :) Other area places very nearby have had staffing shortages and quality control issues that have driven many consumers to Dunkin Donuts. Hopefully employees are getting enough tips for all their efforts. I wish corporate companies like this paid a living wage.

Terrible coffee I love Dunkin but not this location. They always find a way to mess up my drink by putting things in my coffee I didn’t order. Also do not order food because it’s extremely undercooked almost every time. Someone is eventually going to get sick.

Typical chain doughnut experience here. The drive through gets backed up a lot, please don't be the person that blocks traffic on route 94 here, if the line is too long go inside and order! They actually are fairly quick here given the amount of people going through this location. The food other than the doughnuts is down right awful. I got a sandwich here I couldn't even eat, it tasted like chlorine. I would have asked for my money back but I was out of town by the time I tried it. It was like they didn't rinse whatever cleaning solution they used out before making my food, it was really gross. They still get two stars for the quick service. I might go back for doughnuts and coffee, I'm not sure I'd try the other food again.

I placed a mobile order for walk-in and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. This happens almost every time I go here. After 10 minutes of waiting, a girl came over to me and a few others waiting for orders and asked what names our orders were under because they still hadn't been made. Clearly they forgot about the mobile walk-ins because they're too focused on drive thru. There are at least 7-8 people working so this is not a short-staffing issue. I know what it's like to work in a place like this as a young person, so I can't blame the young workers, but clearly there's something wrong with management. I work at a fast food place and we are actually short-staffed, but have no issue with being quick and making orders correctly. We have worked with less than 7 people and we have delivery, carry-out, and dine-in. This is a problem with management that needs to be fixed. No excuses for the disorder and chaos. I worked here before and it was just as bad then. No training and no assigned roles so everyone is running around in unorganized chaos. This is why I quit and will probably stop going here as a customer unless something changes.

*they have gone down hill drastically * dont use the online ordering, EVER. They took my order and my money online and then when I arrived only had half my order. They said they couldn't refund me, after i asked for a due bill or something they said they COULDN'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE ITEMS THAT WERE MISSING TO GET THEM REPLACED and to just asked for it "free" the next time!! Well its not free I already PAID FOR IT!! EVEN WORSE today I returned to order the MISSING AND PAID for ITEMS and some lattes and donuts WELL NEVER AGAIN! The employee named Melissa has no business working with the public she was unbelievably rude and clearly doesn't care if shes employed. They not only gave me a hard time and asked for a receipt statating that I didint receive my items but then didint even give half of them too me after all this being rude all the way through. NEVER AGAIN, DONT GO. GO SOMEWHERE ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO EAT WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND ORDER!!
