Sonic Drive-in

7 cars in the lot. Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and potatoes. Came home a few blocks away it was completely cold. Went back and had to hit the button twice because it went if. Ended up flagging a girl down for a refund and was told I wouldn't get my dinner money in 3-5 business days! One was eating inside, another on her phone plugged into the wall, NO ONE hustling as they claimed they were busy! Never again will I eat Sonic! Horrible management and disgusting refund policy when Sonic was at fault!

One beautiful Sunday (5/15/2022) morning at 9am, I pulled into this sonic for a drink. The lady approached my truck to say, "We're not open yet. We open @10am...I don't have nothing ready in there (as she's pointing to the sonic building), so we open at 10a"... as I'm backing out of the parking space to leave, I watched her walk over to the passenger side of her vehicle to sit down and continue talking with her partner that was in the driver's seat of the same vehicle. Sunday hours at THIS SONIC DRIVE-IN reads 0900-2200. Smh

I ordered my girlfriend and I a drink through the app and they said they had someone coming out with our order pretty quickly. But no one came out. So I hit the red button and they say they are understaffed. Which is totally fine, but pretty annoying when I see other cars who got here after me leave before I get my order. Which is a pretty simple order. Edit: they had us wait till just about the time they closed and refunded our order. Extremely annoyed they had us wait for about an hour because they couldn’t get two drinks out. Management needs better training if they can’t get two drinks and two pretzels out in an hour.

This sonic is so slow we ordered a bag of ice and was already waiting 15 min. So we pressed the button again for some empty cups with lids, and straws, we got the cups before the ice and the cups had dirt and nasty stuff in them, they forgot the lids and we had to ask again for the ice! Most of their lanes had cones in them so there was really no where to park. If I could rate no stars I really would.

I visited on March 20th 2022. It was great except for the idiot family that was seated at the outdoor tables. They kept pushing the button and adding things, therefore aggravating the employees and slowing things down for everyone else. The staff handled it well, though. The food was prepared well and tasted good.

To give it a rating I had to give it a one star but really I didn't even want to give it that star it was horrible I ordered chili dogs footlongs the chili on there was nasty the cheese wasn't done right and just I didn't get my complete order they shut down the shape machine 45 minutes early it was just horrible I spent $28 there got home and I was disgusted
