Today I placed a mobile order on my phone to be picked up in the drive-thru. Ordered a Beverage and regular chicken sandwich. No problems getting through the line, everyone very friendly as usual at this restaurant. Food came out quick. Because I received my sandwich before I could exit the line I opened it and noticed the chicken was burnt and charred on one side. As I got up to the window I requested that I exchange my charred sandwich for another one. A very friendly young man handed it to someone working inside the window so they could observe the burnt sandwich. Their expressions seemed to question why I wanted another sandwich but I did get another sandwich and it was handed to me by a very nice young man. Drove away with my new sandwich and started eating it before I left the parking lot and I tell you that I’ve never had such a dry, old tasting crumbly bread chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A, ever! I took two bites and didn’t eat anymore. Seriously wondering if it was something left over from the day before. I want to say that this restaurant is usually top notch amazing. Must have caught them on a bad day to get two bad sandwiches.

We enjoy you guys in Gatesville on Wednesdays, the food is always good. I wanted to Thank You guys, last week my daughter came to the truck and was short, I appreciate what you did. You have no idea the kind of week she had, we’ve been dealing with a lot at school. She told me about your kindness and as a mom who had fought all week for her, it really touched my heart. You didn’t know it, but she really needed that kindness. Thank you. Sincerely.
