Food was delicious and the price was great. They have perfect lunch combinations at an affordable price.. Don't go at 2:30 because the service was horrible. The waitress barely did her job... Would have given it 5 starts if not for her...I wouldn't even had tipped but my wife made me.... I'm sure the servers are better at another time ...I guess her phone was more important.

Early for a 3 clock meeting nearby, I decided to enjoy a snack while I waited.I arrived on a Tuesday around 2pm and the place was empty, I was the only guest at the time. Service was spectacular, I had the undivided attention of the server. There was no bartender on duty so I settled for an ice cold Sam Adams in a bottle to accompany an order of onion rings. Fast no hassle dining. I could picture this place with live music but it was simply a quiet afternoon during a slow period.

Food was fine. The service was lacking due to being understaffed is my guess. This made a difference in being able to really enjoy our dine in experience.

The food was Fabulous!!!! Our waitress however missed a $20 tip by ignoring our presence. We couldn't get change. Tip: Be nice to everyone. You never know what God has in front of you. Good luck Jeana.

Applebee's commonly gets a lot of bad rap. And lately with the problems restaurants have of getting employees, the restaurants are having a hard time satisfying customers. This location was not the exception. Came in with my SO after running a half marathon hungry as can be hoping that by avoiding the busy hour it would not be as bad. It wasn't. There were only three waiters, bartender included, and they were hustling. Still, we were seated promptly, had to wait a bit to get the order and food, but it was really not that long. As busy as our waiter was, he was prompt and courteous. The food was well cooked and delicious. Thank you!

Very upset with my Order here . As I ordered inside and waited 58 mins for two entrees nothing special 1# burger with fries
2# half rack ribs and garlic mash potatoes
Nothing extra … when I finally received it after 58 mins it was COLD . So I asked for them to remake it kindly . Waiting again …. When they brought it out I asked to speak to manger to find out if she was going to comped the meal or discount it for the inconvenience of the kitchen . She decided give me coupon for Applebees … As I would never return to this location. I do enjoy Applebees but other then this location on valley mills . I do travel from houston to here so I do go to other locations the only thing great was the waitress super sweet .

When you ask if you can substitute something on the menu they actually charge you for each item. Which really isn't a substitute. And watch out if they ask you if you wanted a drink refill. Each will cost an additional 4 bucks. . each.. My wife and I order from the 2 for$ 30 menu and the in laws ordered from the$ 12 dollar lunch menu. And by the end of lunch. We paid$ 92 dollars. We didn't complain or make a scene . However I understand why the place was empty in the middle of the day. The drink I asked for was not available ;IPA) they said it didn't sell well. I find that hard to believe since most places sell well. Anyway by the end I understood why the parking lot was empty and there was only 1 waitress for the entire resturaunt.

Incredible for and even better service. Shortstaffed and still on top of things with smiles on their faces. Shout out to Tonisha, Faith and Miss G. Will certainly come back again!
