Domino's Pizza

My order arrived like this after waiting for more than an hour after the delivery person left the store when my house it’s only a 10 minute drive! Tried calling the store but o was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I decided to hang up and post this review instead! Ugh! I can’t believe I even tip the person! UPDATE (4/30/22): Dominos reached out and apologized and also provided a coupon for a free pizza. Changed my 1 star to 5 star for their resolution and attempt to keep their customers happy.

NEVER will I order from this dominos. My neighbor ordered and had it delivered. Instead of the driver using the turn around or my driveway to turn around he decided to back out and he hit my car. He seen me watching him which is how I could describe him to police I yelled for him to stop but he kept on leaving. Waited 30 minutes to speak with police. Drove to the store because you can’t get ahold of anyone up there told the manager what happened and he just shrugged. It’s took 45 minutes for the driver to show up. Looked like he had a fresh washed car. He denied everything!

Wednesday my wife ordered 2 pizzas for her job. So i went to pick it up when i dropped of to her she called and told me the pizzas were wrong so we called back and they offered to fix it when we got there it was wrong again so my wife told them and waited for it to be remade took 37 minutes and it was wrong once again. Took them 4 times of remaking the pizzas to get it right and they had an attitude with her like she did something wrong. I spent more in gas and time running back and forth than the pizza was even worth. I don't recommend this place at all. Oyeah during 2 of the trips back to get the right pizza there were people waiting for theres to be fixed aswell.

Husband called up there to order food and the guy that was taking the order was highly disrespectful on the phone he kept sighing interrupting my husband and in the end the order was wrong and the dipping sauce was missing. I get that they are busy probably and he wanted to take the order fast but that’s just not it man. Do better!

Delivery driver took 2 hours to get to the house Even when it stated that he would be here in 5 minutes. I don't even know if it's robots that work there cause you will never get anyone on the phone. The pizza was in very bad shape. I opted to eat a sandwich instead. The management must be very horrible to release pizza in such horrible conditions. My kids was looking forward to pizza. But I could not let them eat this whatever it was in this condition. So I decided to go get them Dejorno's pizza instead. If you were smart don't waste your money nor your time. Because this is definitely not domino's you will be ordering from. I have seen better pizza from food trucks on the side of the road. Stay clear from this horrible Poor excuse for a pizza place.
