I bought a ticket from Waco to Austin. It was written on the ticket "you must be at the boarding point at least 60 minutes before the departure". So we arrived one hour before the departure, but the bus station was closed. I called two times to their call center. First of all, they don't speak English, but it's OK - I speak Spanish. When I called for the first time, the woman asked me to confirm the address of the bus station, then she said "uno momento" and hung up. During my second call the woman said that the bus is coming, and it was true - the bus came 20 minutes before the departure. The girl that works at the station came by this bus and opened the bus station. The girl and the bus driver were friendly, and since I was a unique passenger from Waco, the bus even departed a little bit earlier than it had been planned. We arrived in Austin in time, or even earlier.

This is a bullshit ass bus line. Currently having issues trying to get my sis to where she has to go in Mexico. They had an accident n Monterrey and told everyone they had to change buses. My sister has never traveled to Mexico before. No one told her what bus she had to transfer over to and they put her on a bus that took her to Mexico city to transfer over again. Mind you, I had paid round trip n advance with the return date open. I filed a complaint and was told that she would have to take the bus from Mexico city straight to tejupilco but that wasn't the case. They were trying to get her to ride a bus back to queretaro and then ride one straight to tejupilco but have her pay again. If u ever think about traveling with this line, I suggest u look at better options because you will regret ever doing so. Save yourself the headache please.

Very disappointed... I was very excited to go on cuz I heard ya we're the best.. The bus fare was so expensive the seats were very uncomfortable ya had no plug in for our chargers for our phone .. ya really need to update ya bus ... Went on mares bus to Mx and they were way better... Our last driver was rude we were on bus 84... Never again but do do thank ya for us making it home...

Never go to this place....They just want your money no service...they are not interested even serving you food...It is horrible place....People are rude..They are racist...Unhygienic...Dirty tables...Lots of fight with their neighbor...so chances of violence is very high...They serve bad food...Do not waste your time and money and mood...Very unhealthy food...They can even say to their customer "get out" after taking money...Not american....
