Very unprofessional, hours of operation for Thursday show as 10:30 am. The food was not ready at that time and upon asking what the time estimate would be for me to be able to order the female staff member couldn't tell me . I waited at a table that was dirty I'm assuming from the previous day and the glass doors on the inside and outside had smudges on them .I ended up leaving at 11:40 because I had to get back to work. No one apologized or cared that I left without ordering. Never going back!

False advertising at every turn. Try our new crispy almond chicken! Ok!..."sorry we don't have that yet." Kids meal comes with a cookie and drink. "Oh...I'm sorry, we give out apple chips instead." Yes, yes you are sorry Panda Express. Maybe YOU should be sitting on a boat off the coast of California.

I ate here a week ago and had a TERRIBLE experience. I completed the survey and received a vague email claiming the company appreciates the feedback. I decided to give them another try today. HUGE mistake! No one acknowledged my presence when I finally made it to the counter after 20 minutes of waiting. I stood there for 5 minutes watching employees make online orders. They almost forgot part of my order. Then the cashier forgot to give me the free entree after taking my receipt. All they needed to do is let me know they would be right with me. How hard is that? They don't value their customers!

Horrible experience and rude customer service. We placed an online order for 12:30 pick up. I work in sales and had a client who wanted to come in at a time that would not work for that schedule. So I called and spoke to a woman name Lola who said I could pick up my order at 12:15. Although she said they would make the order after I arrived. (Would work fine if absolutely necessary) I arrive a couple minutes before 12:15 and the same lady says she could not find the order. I provided the order number and name on the order and she said she couldn’t find it. I then provided the actual order. And then she says they are not making the order until 12:30. The original time. I didn’t have time to wait so I left and my sister (who had originally placed the order for the 2 of us) calls and speaks to a manager and explains their system doesn’t show orders until right before the time they were scheduled for. Which I would have understood if they had relayed that information in the first place. Management team needs to train their employees on the proper protocol when it comes to a situation like this. Employee was rude and my sister could hear her in the background of her call. Even though this location is right across the street from work we will be ordering from the further location from now on. Horrible experience. If the employee had explained their protocol and been nicer on the phone and in store this review would not be on here at all.

Oh my goodness.... They were slowwww. I stood in line for 40 minutes before I gave up. I recently went there a week ago and it was still slow, but this trip was even slower. I understand if it's a low staff issue, but there was NO sense of urgency in the staff. The WHOLE 40 minutes nobody was checked out. That was the most pitiful line I've seen. Please, if you still insist on going to this panda express, have a backup plan.
