Portofino Italian Restaurant

My family ate at Portofino’s during Baylor Family Weekend, and even though we experienced extremely slow service, we still really enjoyed ourselves. The food tastes phenomenal. I highly recommend the eggplant parmigiana. Everyone loved their food. Again, they got really busy and service slowed down a lot. But, the waitstaff tried their best to keep up with the demand and, ultimately, we enjoyed eating here. We will come back!

This place was absolutely disgusting I saw hair and dirt on the floor and smudges on my silverware the chicken fettuccine Alfredo has absolutely no flavor and I had to add my own and the chicken was very fatty and no flavor and the waitress we had was very rude and not communicating with us she was also mumbiling the whole time and we had to pay 6 extra dollars for my friend to eat ARE YOU KIDDING ME she shouldn’t have to pay to have one bite of my food and we couldn’t even order off of the kids menu because they didn’t believe our age I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK.

My family went to this restaurant on Wednesday, March 30th for a nice dinner, BOY WERE WE EVER SURPRISED. We all had mozzarella sticks and garlic bread. The mozzarella sticks tasted like bug spray. The chicken Alfredo was horrible. I had one bite and the noodles were hard and rubbery and the sauce tasted like paste. NO FLAVOR AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
