Denny's

The morning servers Angel and Jeremy have excellent customer service. We usually don't come to this Denny's because the last few times we have coming in the evening the service was horrible. We only came since we had a appointment and time to waste. Angel was very attentive and offered to add item to our meal we didn't no we could add even tho there is a extra charge it was worth it. Jeremy has a welcoming vibe and made us feel very comfortable during our visit.

Well, Denny's is usually one of my favorites but this evening was alittle different. Went for coffee and dessert but for a month now no apple crumb. And, it's been over 100* this week and No A/C we were told. We were thinking it was just us 😆 but over all always a great place for conversation and good coffee ☕

They were not as busy for a typical Sunday afternoon, my kids and I were attended to promptly and got our order pretty quickly. I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken (something I always get). Although when they brought it out, the chicken was still raw, there were areas that were still pink. All they did was get that same piece of chicken and put it back on the grill. The least they could’ve done was given me a whole new salad or taken the chicken off my tab but nope. Once I went to go pay, the girl at the front said I couldn’t use my coupon when I always use it here! Outrageous and super disappointed. Never again will this be a place I come to.

I would just like to say that I have ate at Dennys in other towns around California and always been like whatever. But after having Jessica S.as my waitress I don't want to eat anywhere else. She made sure I had everything I needed and made feel like I was her only table when I can see she had multiple tables to attend too. And another thing is her smile. She has the most perfect smile. I didn't know Dennys hired such beautiful girls like Jessica. I can't wait to eat there again. Thank you Jessica.
