Noodlebox

Great and fast service. Got food here last Friday and was concerned it would take long because it was packed in there, but that was not the case. Dinner for me and the family came up in less than twenty minutes. Visited again last night and it was a great experience again, so I felt they earned a good review. Five stars!

My family got dinner here last night- what a great experience! The fried rice dish and the black bean teriyaki were so delicious with great portion sizes. Just finished mine tonight as leftovers. To top off the great food, the two girls working were sweet, pleasant, and made us feel very welcome. We've been to other noodleboxes in Victoria, but after visiting here for the first time we are definitely switching to eating at this one.

The food was very good, portions generous. The service was outstanding. We had two different sets of dietary restrictions in our group, and Sarah not only understood the order and made sure it was right, she clearly labelled the take-out bags, and even put the food in them thoughtfully to minimize any chance of cross-contamination. Service like that makes a customer feel special.

I just had the best interaction with Sarah: what a caring and helpful staff.. I really had no idea what I wanted and she walked Me through all the options, and helped me choose a dinner. This review is solely on customer experience, flavour experience to follow. Thank you Sarah for your care and consideration.

We regularly have Noodlebox, usually at the other locations, but we have had a few recent meals at the Shelbourne location and they have by far been the best as far as food quality. When we asked for extra sauce in our order, we actually got it and it made the dish perfectly saucy and delicious. Recently, we dined in and the service was amazing. The staff member even looked through all the glasses to make sure we got one that was the cleanest. He also came over and double-checked a dietary requirement. 5 out of 5!

I previously didn’t have the best experience and spoke with the manager at the time. I came back today for take out and what a different experience! The spicy peanut noodle box had a great sauce with enough of it for the amount of noodles, the veg were crispy and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Worth a try for sure
