The Mint

The food isn't bad, I just find it an odd mix and nothing quite what I want in a loungy-kinda place. The service is always great. I often go there for the comedy shows, which is why I end up there even though I don't love the food selection. Others must however, as it's been in Victoria forever. :)

4 stars all around. Lots of good things to say about this place. The staff for the most part are extremely friendly, great at what they do, and generally speaking they treat people well (other than one or two people that are exceptions, but I pay them very little mind.) The food is quite good but not amazing, definitely a bit overpriced for what it is. The atmosphere is pretty awesome, and they have some form of entertainment every night, be it live music from a DJ or whatever, comedy nights, etc. Definitely worth checking this place out. <3

Wow. What can I say. Heart of Victoria right here. Went in for wings, stayed for the show. Billy and (I'm sorry I couldn't get your name <3, you're beautiful!) Served me with wings (delicious!) But the best was the atmosphere! My candle was out, Billy hooked me up, I had so much help setting it into it's holder!! So much fun, met such nice people!! When things got shady, Billy fixed it, perfectly. I recommend this place for a great beer, and better wings! Don't be shy, experience Victoria's heart ❤️💜!

We had such a nice night. We came for a comedy night and while we had to buy tickets they were very reasonably priced. The food was pretty good, drinks were good too. I ordered a cocktail I didn't like and they happily exchanged it for another. The atmosphere and service were awesome. Great job The Mint team with Ok, Dope.

I recently dined at The Mint in downtown Victoria and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The guest skills of the staff were exceptional and made me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. 👍👏 As for the food, I highly recommend the tofu dish - it was simply delicious! 🌱🍲 The dish was perfectly cooked and had a nice blend of flavors that left me wanting more. The chef truly knows how to work their magic in the kitchen. 🤤 The ambiance of the restaurant is also worth mentioning - it was cozy, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. 🕯️❤️ Overall, I highly recommend The Mint to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in downtown Victoria.
