Bojangles

They don't know how to properly clean, trim & cook chicken, just battered w/flour & spices and fried it. You can taste the bad quality & rush prep. It's awful, if you know you know!!! And there's no options for how customers would prefer their chicken, ex: crispy or grilled or original, like KFC. Bojangles is Cajun style only, but low quality. They know how to make biscuits tho, 5stars and some menu items are very affordable! That's the only redeeming factors, biscuits & price, otherwise I would gave 1 star. There are areas to improve, for such a big name, popular franchise!

So dissatisfied and disappointed. I am a long time Bo customer had them growing up. I’m pretty sure o just received a pre-bagged meal. Possibly bagged for someone else and not handed out so I got lucky. The Bo Rounds were disgusting, completely soggy and oily. Never had worst potato’s ever. Chicken biscuit was at least edible but also soggy. This store is slow there’s no good excuse for pre bagging meals or reheating old stuff. I doubt I’ll be back to this store. 2nd poor experience here. Go to Frankfort or Georgetown much better stores.

They have REALLY gone downhill. This used to be my favorite fast food place to get chicken. Wth happened? They changed their recipe for their chicken tenders and other chicken items and it is absolutely vile. Their fries have hardly any Cajun seasoning on them anymore and when you ask for more they give you an attitude. Their barbeque sauce is now halfway full when it used to be filled to the top. Their garlic biscuits are disgusting and usually dry as a bone. The old fashioned biscuits were much nicer. Idk if this is a manager, owner, or company issue. But listen to your customers. I have talked to several friends and family and none of them go there anymore because the food is now absolutely horrendous. The bojangles when it first opened was phenomenal. You used to see cars wrap around waiting in line. There is NEVER a line anymore. That should tell you something.
