Kfc

Dine in is open! We ordered online ahead of time. Both times we have had to wait a few minutes, but that's because they want to cook up everything hot and fresh for us. I added a large fountain drink to my order when I came in. I was about to pay by debit but the woman behind the counter said don't bother because she expected me to pay extra fees. This gesture went a long way. The plant sandwich tasted better than I was expecting. My girlfriend is from the Philippines and had a major fried chicken craving. She was happy with her fried chicken. The dine in area is more spacious than you would expect from the outside. I noticed the woman was very helpful with the other customers coming into the store too.

Disgusting location. Very run down and dirty. Staff have no clue about the products and food out of stock and well makes sense why KFC is dying! Really needs some attention. Head office intervention. Water leaking in seating area and was blocked by metal bench and no one bothered to clean up. Save you money and health!

If you do take-out, CHECK your order in front of the cashier (you most likely will be missing something) count the pieces of chicken! 3 times in a roll missing sidings and pieces of chicken… the manager will try and fix it with free food next time, which it is appreciated the first time, but the second a third time it is just too much…

Nothing wrong with the food or service, it's just never open and has no staff. The one lady is the only one keeping the place going at all, kudos to her. If she leaves the place will fold. KFC corporate needs to get its act together and do something about it. That location has been there since the 70's and never had a problem. Again I have nowhere to get the KFC I crave. I got no food because there was none to be had.

I was quite surprised when I was waiting for my order, when a man came in. He was very dirty but went behind the counter a did something on the computer and talked with the cashier then carried on into the kitchen. He never washed his hands before touching anything, the same stuff the cashier touches and then handles my items. At any restaurant you have to wash your hands. Why didn't he?????
