Nice staff. Get my orders quick but they always get it wrong and I end up realizing it after I drive off. They don't seem to know the difference between a flavor shot vs a flavor swirl. I always order a flavor shot and end up with swirl. 🤦♀️

Yesterday I rolled in behind a car at 5:58pm. And then the car proceeded to the window and got her coffee, I moved up to take my order. I sat there with my wife for 5 minutes waiting on someone to take my order after waiting so long I decided just to drive up and the worker just pointed to the close sign. He decided not to just let me know that they were closed at 6pm. He just made me wait by the speaker waiting to take my order. This one individual that works here only can handle one customer at a time. Sometimes I would have repeat my order at least 3 times just for him to process it. He works afternoon and weekends. Not friendly at all. I will go out of my way to a different dunkin just to get a coffee next time...
