Panera Bread

I am not sure what's wrong with this location, whether it's employees that literally just don't care or if they're understaffed, but they consistently forget my sides when I order Pick Up and 9 times out of 10 the mac n cheese is HORRIBLY overcooked. I know you guys can see you overcooked it, so stop giving it to paying customers when it's legitimately so overcooked it's not even good at all, try again or offer me a refund if you literally CAN'T COOK IT PROPERLY. It's actually disgusting. Why do I pay $10 for a mac n cheese that is inedible level overcooked, you won't even bother to try again to make it, and forget my sides constantly? I am just super over it.

I usually don't eat here but tonight I tried one of their pizzas. it was good. Sausage & pepperoni. Yum. Coupled with a big drink and some friends and it was a great time. They were baking cookies and I asked if I could have a warm one but they said no because of liability; you know, getting burned holding or eating a hot cookie. Darn, I wanted one so bad. Oh well. I'm not happy with their service though. One time they brought me the wrong meal and I'm surprised because I had a number on my table said which one to bring me. And another time I ordered just a drink in 30 minutes later it wasn't ready. I went back up to the counter and they have totally forgotten about it or lost the order somewhere.

I've come here twice in the past couple of months and both times I was incredibly disappointed. This location is seriously understaffed and current staff are untrained. Staff should be knowledgeable about vegan options, but most importantly need to be friendly and welcoming. The bread I purchased was overpriced which is based solely on its size.

I want to say the Cashier ( Natalia ) was very helpful. I went in to place an order to go; Everything went well with the order. The only thing I'm leaving a low rating is that I was needed to use a gift card. I had recently had a fraud charge and my debit card was frozen. I barley had enough cash to pay for the order. If I could I would like to redeem my gift card with Panera and be reimbursed.

Went last night with family of 4 at 7 pm to the Ventura CA store.Ordered bowl of tomato soup which cashier wasn't sure if available. Found out it was but several other soups weren't. Asked for bread was told no baguettes were available only apple or chips. This held true for 2 other family members orders. Since I spent $65 the least they could have offered was another bread item. Very disappointed with the meal and the cleanliness of the store. The carpet was filthy. My experience was far below Panera standards. Worst Panera store I've been to. .

Placed an order for pick up and the drink was not ready(which is fine I can wait). When I asked about my drink 3 different employees said someone would make it, while there was no one making it(I was standing right in front of the drink area while and employee there was flipping through a binder). When the drink finally came out it was terrible. (didn't realize till I got to the car) a smoothie with big chunks of ice in it. Never again. Sorry guys.
